Hello, my name is Victoria, I am an experienced Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and registered member of the BACP. 

My work involves integrating many different counselling theories and modalities depending on an individual client’s needs.

For many of us we can find parts of our lives very difficult; sometimes overwhelming which can be caused by many different factors. It takes immense courage to work at understanding the things that are unsettling us.

As an Humanistic & Integrative Counsellor I believe that the relationship is key in allowing effective work to take place and for change to happen. Therefore developing a relationship of shared trust and respect is essential. It is therefore important that you find a therapist who you feel comfortable and safe with in which you can be free to explore any issues you may be struggling with as well as experiencing new ways of being.

I aim to build this effective working relationship by providing a safe, supportive, confidential; yet challenging space that is yours to talk with someone about your concerns, thoughts and feelings and to be heard without judgement.

I offer both short and long-term counselling to teenagers(16+), young adults and adults.

My fees are £45 per 60min session
